We’re actively hiring for the following roles. Bilingual applicants are strongly encouraged.
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Full-time | Bloomington, MN | Hybrid
Supervise RBTs and BCaBAs, conduct functional behavior assessments, design ABA programs, and collaborate with families. BCBA certification and 2+ years experience required.
Early Intensive Developmental & Behavioral Interventionist (EIDBI)
Full-time / Part-time | Bloomington, MN | Community-based
Deliver EIDBI services to children ages 0–21 in clinic, home, and school settings. QSP or BIS qualification required. Bilingual (Somali, Spanish, Hmong) strongly preferred.
Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Full-time / Part-time | Bloomington, MN | Entry-level welcome
Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision. RBT certification preferred; we will support certification for qualified candidates. Evenings and weekends available. Great entry point for those pursuing BCBA certification.
Occupational Therapist (OT) or OTA
Full-time | Bloomington, MN | Clinic-based
Provide sensory integration, fine motor, and daily living skills therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities. MN OT license required. Experience with pediatric ASD population preferred.
Care Coordinator / Intake Specialist
Full-time | Bloomington, MN | In-office
First point of contact for new families. Manage intake paperwork, insurance authorizations, and scheduling. Fluency in Somali or Spanish a major plus. Strong organizational and communication skills required.
